1. The steel material S45C and SCM440 match with JIS standard, the same grade as international standard, designed /manufactured in TAIWAN head office/plant.
2. The die has three flow channels, reducing the loss of pressure, making more uniform film thickness. Besides, middle layer adding calcium carbonate or low-pressure polyethylene could cool faster and produce with higher yields.
3. Design capability in ALL-IN-ONE, one bigger size die
head with several small die core/die cap, like HD100mm die body with HD80mm die core and die cap, make sure client output demand qty, film width and blow up ratio(BUR) at the best extent!
4. LLDPE, LDPE can be used in one mold or calcium carbonate, and recycled materials can be used in the middle layer. That would facilitate client choice and cost savings.
5. Diameter of die head is from 30mm to 1500mm MORE, width maximum 5000mm MORE
6. LLDPE/LDPE can be used in one mould, HDPE&LDPE can be used in one mould as well
7. Design for EVERY CLIENT,OEM/ODM available, absolutely conform with customer original peripheral equipments like extruder,blower..etc.
8. To attain OUTPUT inquiry from customers under assessing following conditions:
Film width/thickness(micron)/the screw of size extruder/the power of extruder (KG/HR)/compulsory pressure using(BAR)/the power of blower(HP) Cooling system like two layer Air Ring using/IBC system/Other peripheral equipments specification/heater band voltage/motor reducing ratio( ith/without inverter )
9. Die head size/smaller die core and cap/air ring type and size/air ring insert/IBC cooling system/rotary base mechanism with gear, with motor reducer/screen changer/durable filter.
Die cart with diffuser with wheels/horizontal adaptor/steady stick(bubble guide rod)
10. One year warranty excluding human damage and natural disaster.
